A very warm and autumnal hello dear Subscriber First Name, I am the first to admit that consistency really isn’t my strong point- and with journeying into the wilderness of perimenopause, it is not always easy for me to keep focused and travel towards what I want to do in a straight line. Learning to say no to things, people and offerings, checking in and doing what I actually want to do is one of the great learnings these days for me - can you relate? All of that to say, I do want to let you know about a small online gathering that I am offering: Autumn Equinox Circle Wednesday, 23 September from 8-9:30pm UK time on my zoom. £24 This is an evening where I share a little about Mabon, the third harvest festival on the Celtic Wheel and the way we can use this time of balance (Autumn Equinox is the time when daylight and darkness are equal in length). I envision an interesting, cosy and soul-filling 90 min. We orientate ourselves in the time and place we live , journey with a guided meditation and spend time with some journaling questions I have prepared. We will close with an optional sharing circle.
